We produce products in Expanded Polypropylene (EPP – PPE) PROPERTIES and BENEFITS Expanded polypropylene remains unchanged on contact with oil, grease, petroleum and most chemicals and does not promote microbial growth. Expanded polypropylene provides extraordinary thermal insulation for all those applications where food, medical supplies and other temperature-sensitive products require maximum protection. Its high thermal insulation properties, combined with some key aspects such as resilience and ease of molding, make it ideal for all applications in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. PROPERTIES Structural strength: It is characterized by a very high strength/weight ratio and can therefore offer load-bearing structural support in a wide range of applications. It is able to withstand very high loads with minimal deformation Lightness: It is used in the automotive industry to improve the safety of vehicles and make them lighter by reducing their mass up to 10 kg for the seat system. Lighter vehicles offer reduced fuel consumption and exhaust emissions, which is not negligible, given that CO2 production increases by 10 g/km for every 100 kg of vehicle mass.

Energy absorption: It is a material with excellent energy absorption properties, able to withstand multiple impacts without damage. The lightness and the high strength/weight ratio that characterize it make it suitable for applications such as vehicle impact protection components. High density can be used in energy-absorbing packaging for the most extreme industrial applications. Recyclability: It is a highly ecological material as it is 100% recyclable. Its production does not require volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chlorofluorcarbons or other compounds that are classified among the most harmful to the environment. It is also available as a recycled component. Thermal insulation: It guarantees extraordinary thermal insulation for all those applications where food, medical supplies and other temperature-sensitive products require maximum protection.
